Managed Services

Managed services is one of two forms of support that CloudTech provides its customers – specifically, those who want to have a fixed number of man-hours of support.

Managed services includes issues like handling and solutioning printout errors/ changes, process fixing, and reports fixing. The available packages vary on the terms and number of hours, and are preferred by customers who want to feel secure that their concerns would be addressed right away through a “prepaid” arrangement.

Customers use the ticketing system in filing their concerns that would in turn be addressed by CloudTech’s Managed Services Team.
